Kelphie Lundy is the quintessential example of an unqualified man appointed to lead a police organization by a small town city council who is interested more in who you know rather than what you know. This man is an embarrassment. His lack of training, knowledge, and experience is appalling. The citizens of Guyton, Georgia deserve better than this!
During a "wellness check" my mother, who had been in the shower, asked to put on clothes because it was cold out. She was then beaten by 4 officers and tazed 3 times. My mother is 110 lbs, and 5 feet tall, hardly intimidating. Great job proving that all police are SCUM! I hope they all rot in hell.
