However, after being told by the staff that my spouse could pick up my mail yesterday (after hours) he drove the 40 minutes from work. He called to tell the staff he was there when he was treated rudely on the phone and then hung up on. The staff then refused to answer the phone or the door, wasting both his gas and his time. I am STILL waiting on the mailbox lock and key and I am unable to get my mail. I'm not expecting special treatment by any means, but I DO need my mail! I'm about to say screw it and put in a singular box at the end of my drive.
At first, I found the staff to be really helpful after my purchase of a home. The previous owner did not leave a mailbox key to the cluster boxes for our subdivision, and the post master would bring my mail by my house after hours (once a week) while waiting for a new lock; which I am being charged $25 for.
Amazon packages, or any other packages are not being delivered, but showing on the tracking information as delivered by postal carrier. Our regular postal carrier, Terri, is always efficient, but on Saturday's your mail and packages are up for grabs. Ridiculous!!!!
